We are able to apply Liu's lemma to quite big state spaces by doing
the necessary algebra with the help of extensions of the REDUCE
Language. Although the constitutive relations could not be presented
in this shor summary, and some of the resulting equations are
difficult to interpret, we got them in full generality. The
application of these equations will be treated elsewhere.
